Ingredients
- 5 kilograms Pork Ribs.
- 5 pasilla chili.
- 2 cups of CREIDBIA® spearmint bee honey.
- 1⁄2 cup of rice vinegar.
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce.
- 1⁄4 piece of white onion.
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of sage.
- CREIDBIA® yellow sea salt to taste.
- 2 1⁄2 cups of water.
Preparation mode
- Mix honey, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
- Clean, remove the seeds from the pasilla chilis and toast them.
- Blend the chili with the bee honey mixture.
- In a dish put the chops and add salt to taste.
- Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180 ºC (360ºF).
- After 45 minutes, removed the chops from the oven and bath with the honey mixture, add the sage and return to the oven for 1 hour.
- Remember to bathe the chops with the honey mixture to avoid dry out.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of pork loin with ribs.
- 1 glass of orange juice.
- 1/3 cup of CREIDBIA® bee honey with habanero chili.
- 12 small green tail chives.
- CREIDBIA® black sea salt to taste.
Preparation mode
- Clean the meat and put it in a baking dish and cover it with an aluminum foil. Place it in the preheated oven at 200 °C (392°F).
- Mix the bee honey with the orange juice. After 10 minutes bath the meat with the mixture.
- While the meat is baking, prepare the chives, take out the first layer and remove the green tails.
- After 20 minutes removed the meat from the oven and place the chives in the dish and round the meat, so they can sweat the juices to the meat.
- Recover the meat to the oven for an hour and a half and then check the thermometer.
- The cooking time depends on the thickness of the meat, before removing it from the oven add CREIDBIA® sea salt to taste.
